If you have not yet registered in the ADDF Funding Portal, please create an account now.

In order to be considered for funding, you must register for access to our online portal. Please click on the "Create an account now" button below to start. You will NOT be able to edit your profile after submission, so please confirm you have entered accurate information (including your email address) when completing the registration form.

To preserve data integrity and identify duplications of contact information, ADDF must review and approve registrations prior to granting access to our portal. We appreciate your patience while we process your important request. Approvals are processed during regular business hours. We recommend planning accordingly for any upcoming deadline and register as early as possible.

Once this step is completed, you will receive an email notification with login information for accessing our online portal.
